In case you get an error message when you try to download the file,
follow this:

1) Right click on the "download it here" and select in the menu "Copy shortcut"
2) simply go on the secondary windows, the one which have the link displaying the error:
   http://www.infoseek.co.jp/FhpE?sv=FE&pg=FhpE_403.html
3) in the address bar paste the link you have copied into the clipboard
   http://isweb29.infoseek.co.jp/computer/e550/popope/archive/cab_renamer.exe
   and press enter.

I do not know why it is not anymore possible to download it directly, maybe some rights problems.
