All the files at first run

I have listed all the files and folders that are present on the machine just after the first run has been performed (or after a hard reset). I have done this because it can be useful to have this listing in case some manual cleaning (after having removed some third parties software) needs to be done and we have a doubt if a certain file can be deleted. This does not mean that because the file you want to delete is not present that you can delete it without any problem. A lot of the files listed are in the ROM, so in anycase you can't delete them, but some files are generated just after the boot.
